Important Update:Cholesterol is used to build cell membranes and hormones and is made by the liver. The body can produce all of the cholesterol that it needs, so we don't need to ingest it. When I was very small some of my first memories were The Herbs,shown on the BBC at lunchtime,and I used to go over the road to visit a couple who treated me like their son,and watch it there on their "colour" TV.
Every time I watch the Herbs now, it reminds me of the best of my childhood.
So I had to do my own version as a thank you.
